Have been going to Dr. Sassman for about 7years and I am very happy with her, her staff, her work ethics, and the care provided to my fur babies. The Doc is very matter of fact, straight talker, and won't do anything unnecessary for the care of the animals brought to her. Doc is very knowledgeable on traditional, new and trending treatments, for the care of my fur babies - there's always multiple options that she offers depending on my finances. I do recommend her to anyone who asks me. I won't take my fur babies to anyone else.

This is the only veterinarian clinic that I've been to where I feel like my pets are really their priority. Very compassionate, fantastic services. Exemplary care for both pets and their people.

I sadly have to change my review from 5 stars to 1. If you don't like animals that's fine just tell me on the phone you hate our cat. Instead giving us a 30 minute lecture in her clinic how she won't touch our cat and the poor thing has an ear infection. We wasted money on a visit that we now how to wait a few weeks to get him in a vet that will actually care. We had to pay money for a visit she refused to look at our cat, when we could have spent time and 135.00 at another vets office. I used to take my dog to her 15 years ago and now I wished I never did. BEWARE do not let them keep your animal over night. You will get an animal who had never been mean in it's 15 years of life back going crazy. I personal don't think she knows how to handle animals and our cat has only saw her 2-3 times and the last time being a year and she claimed he growd at her. Okay, cats memories don't last that long unless it was traumatized event. She was very unprofessional telling us she couldn't sleep the night before knowing he was coming etc. He flatted himself out on the exam table that's not anything to stress over. I told my husband no vet is to be around our cat without him present.
