We frequently order from the Papa John's and have always had a good experience. On the one occasion we received a cold pizza, we spoke to the manager who was incredibly considerate and have not had a single issue since. We love this place!
I love everyone that works here. I've always had my problems taken care of in a very respectful and timely manner. They are very hardworking and willing to work with the customers to unsure the best service possible. Will recommend to friends!
Good pizza and always ready in time. Too bad employees stand out by the front door and smoke! Might try East Peoria if this continues! Nasty smell
I order a lot and usually the same order the delivery drivers are always nice but I just called today and the worker who answered was pretty rude considering I'm a pretty loyal customer , when iasked for the manager she told me she was one. Workers seem great this manager should act more like a manager. Oh and for getting the same exact order the price is always different?
