Aside from that, the most inept business experience I've ever encountered. Allstate customer for 20+ years, with no problems till dealing with this fiasco.
So far Allstate has been very good to us. We were in an Accident April 1st and they helped us go after the other Insurance company when they were being difficult. I especially love that your Pekin and Canton Illinois ladies know me by face and name when I call or walk in the office. They answer any questions I might have and are very sweet.
