The customer service is terrible. We walked in having numbers of all the products we were buying, just needed to order them. Ryan was so called waiting on us. Told us they don't hold merchandise for customers. When I pointed out a stove in front of us that had a hold sign on it. He called me a lier. As he walked away sat on the counter eating chips and ignoring us. Only when we agreed we were going to Sherman's for out stove and refrigerator did he say you go right on ahead. They lost a large sale, and will not be giving them out business.
We had the best service here. Zeb and Kylie are awesome salespeople.
