They had some really good deals on Columbia coats & sweatshirts. Bought a bunch of them for Christmas presents.
I purchased a couple different exterior lock sets they keyed them all alike while i finished shopping. Did a great job. Friendly employees.
I spent 20 mins in the place asking 3 assoicites where a ladder stand off was.. I won't be back..!!.Lowe's found it in 5 mins!!
Menards has most everything needed for almost every project you are working on. I can't give it 5 stars as the quality of products, especially in the lumber department, is lacking. You may have to sort wood for half an hour to find enough good quality product to work with on your project. I've been buying here since they opened in Pekin and Menards has always had more choices than Lowe's or Home Depot. I recommend Menards for most all of your needs.
Asked employee about summer seasonal product to check if the store had any left and where would they be. His fist reponse was I have been off for two days and the store redesign was going on and the area for outdoor has been converted for Christmas. He was asked again if there was any way to check. Basically like pull teeth to get some positive effort. He was asked again if there was anyway check. After looking on the computer he finally found some. He called someone above him for help finding them. That person seemed put out about helping. To shorten all this, this was one not what I had expected to have. This visit was below good customer satisfaction.
