The store looks great. Lots of furniture to choose from. This was my first visit to the store and I wished I lived closer in order to shop here more often.
Very knowledgeable experienced salesman (Patrick) who answered all our questions and guided us to help make our decision. Great selection of quality furniture...just wish the store was even bigger! Would have purchased another piece of furniture if it had been available.

I can't believe how helpful they were! I have a piece of furniture that I bought from a completely different store, and the handle was broken. I was given the run-around by my original store, who eventually just stopped returning my phone calls, and were too far away from my home to just drop in to force them to talk to me. Steger's carries the same line of furniture and Stacie Ritchie, the customer service manager, contacted the manufacturer for me to order a replacement to be sent directly to me. They really went above and beyond for someone who isn't a even a customer. It looks like others have experienced great customer service as well, but I just wanted to point out that these people were kind to someone, even without any monetary incentive.
