Aarons would donate a large ticket item for a benefit we were doing. I went to pick it up and he had an employee bring me some money off things. The employee was obviously embarrassed by this turn of events. NO THANK YOU AARONS!!!! Have a nice day!!!!!!!
I have been with this company for many many years... I would never go anywhere else.. they have changed my stuff put when I don't like it or it don't fit or look right. They go all p yt? To help people..
The employees are GREAT, the manager is RUDE and arrogant.
I was really impressed with everything from AArons. I did an online order and was not expecting my order to be here so quick. I was expecting to receive my TV next week. AArons in Pekin was so helpful and delivered it that day after I got off the phone with them. I will be a returning customer for all my needs.
Manager told me (on two different occasions) that
I really wish the sales and management at this location actually would do what they say. We have been told time after time that the furniture we were purchasing would be replaced. Not 1 not 2 but 7 weeks later they "Chuck" decide that we could use the credit towards any other merchandise in the store. First we were told they couldn't attempt to repair it. Than later the same person said they could repair it. Still no sofa. The only reason we have been offered a different set is because of how long this taking. I used to sell Ashley, Franklin, Simmons and Best chair. I'm utterly amazling disappointed with the service from this location. Please come pick up your furniture Aaron's. We are done.
