Do not waste your time trying to get service out of these people, it’s a total waste. Every time I’ve been here, the answer is always NO!

Worst place ever!! Old man behind the counter in service is rude and doesn't care about the customers. He only cares about spending your money. Don't ask to speak to the tech because he will roll his eyes and act like you're dumb. He never makes eye contact and always talks down to you. They didn't know what the hell they were doing.

I bought a $37,000 van from here, close to home so service would be “easy”, yeah, right. They refuse to take 10 minutes out of their day to look to see if my van is even safe to drive! Never again! I buy a new van every 2-3 years, guess where I won’t be buying from again?
Velde Ford showed me so much respect when maintenancing my Fiesta. I did not feel like the "dumb woman" when asking questions about the average miles per gallon and the missing part on my wiper. Questions were answered intelligently and missing parts were ordered. In the past, that level of respect has not always been given at other dealerships.
