Just got laughed at by a salesman, Mark, over the phone when I asked a simple question about the truck. Also said they can't see to people out of state which I have never heard of before. I do NOT recommend this place and never will. Worst experience with buying anything ever.
Went twice to test drive cars. Told them we would be back Thursday to take to our mechanic to have checked out. They didn't open on Thursday had to call and wait then said that we could not take it because someone had to go with us. Blamed the nice girl in office said she is getting married and must be scatter brained. We offered our keys and car worth more than 3 times what we were looking at as collateral they said people have taken off in there cars. But we could have a mechanic come there to look at it.the "manbehind the cubical" was rude insisted a person who had just gotten there be helped before us. Too bad my nephew really liked the car. But do not trust this place at all.
The owner of this place, Mark Goddard, is everything you hope to not have in a used car dealer. The lady's in the office are nice but it's the owner that is giving them a horrible reputation. And giving used car dealers everywhere a bad rep.
Drove two hours to look at a truck for sale. Not one sales associate came out to help. Called next day to inquire about the truck. After asking whether or not they had records or had the vehicle mechanically looked over, the salesman literally laughed at me and suggested I look at a 2016 if I wanted records. I would not do business here.
