horrible customer service. The lady is very rude. They were closed the day we were to have our stuff out of storage and so we had to wait until the next day and they charged us for another month. I had to call 4 times and beg for my money back and she was completely rude. I went there to get my refund and it was 10 minutes before they closed and she got in her truck and left. It took me 3 times of going there to actually catch her (i would call before hand and tell her I was coming). I do not recommend them!
lousy business. All they want is your money they don't care about your possessions.
Used this place for a year.half the time i had to get the key from the rude lady there to unlock my unit. Finally got my stuff out then a year later needed a storage unit again.went there thinking it would be nice to be a repeated customer, but the rude lady there accused me of leaving garbage behind the last time and said if she finds the paper that says that, she would put a lock on my unit and double the deposit.so i decided to go somewhere else for a storage unit.I would never recommend going here!!
