Figured I called since I heard a lot of good things about them. I called cause I had a leak and they don't do free estimates it's $89 for them to go out I was able to find other local folks that charge 0 to come out save your money folks and call around.
I had a serviceman meet me at my son's house to repair a bathtub drain. He inspected the problem and gave me a quote (not an estimate) of $569.00. I wrote him a check. I left the house for him to do his work. He called me later and said there was a minor crack above that was not in the quote but assured me he could finish the work but they would have to deal with this in the future. I said fine. Finish it. My son came home from work and I called to see how everything was and he said "not so good". It was like pouring a bucket of water through the tub and it went straight to the basement. After calling and complaining I met another Trouble-Free serviceman to inspect the work done. Basically I was told it will be another $590.00 to fix the bath drain. Do the math $1,159.00 to repair a bathtub drain? It would be money well spent to replace the whole tub fixture.
Great company and good people working there. I would recommend their services to anyone. Did a great job for us and the system lowered our electric bill 20% or more.
The plumber who did my work (Kurt) was very nice and friendly. He explained all he was going to do and cost before he started the job. The only thing, I thought the parts were a little pricey but trust they will last me a long time and they do look nice as well. Keep up the good work and you will have satisfied customers.

Technicians were the most knowledgeable about the issues at hand with my furnace. They corrected all the mistakes that my previous contractor did when they installed the furnace three years ago.
