All of the people here are really awesome. They genuinely care about u n ur well being. They take time to talk to u, but they do u one better by actually listening to u n addressing ur concerns. Shauna n Dr. Sumer ROCK!!!!
They call you back with your lab results but if they leave you a message on your answering machine, when you want to speak to a human being to get your results when you call back, all you get is a message machine. Annoying. They don't respect your time.
I would give a zero if possible. Tonya Dennison NP was very rude to my husband. She questioned Dr. Gumm's decision to take my husband off of a cardiac medication. She asked my husband if I his wife is making all of his decisions now. She is very rude. Condescending and could really use some more education.
Called three times to make a very short appointment, first I got blindly transferred to an answering machine because there were no "providers" in the office that week. Never got a call back, called again two days later and got told I'd get a call back by Beth. I never got a call back. I called in again the next day and got the blind transfer to voicemail treatment again. The staff's customer service skills have tanked since I've last been. Don't expect an easy time getting an appointment scheduled.
