The staff was amicable and always happy to help when they could, and the room was always cleaned to a pleasant, presentable experience. That being said, this location presented a very standard experience for a Holiday Inn. The Continental breakfast, though relatively fresh, had overall a disappointing taste no matter what you selected, the coffee was terrible (always far too acidic, but if you're not picky it should still suit you). Additionally, this location is particularly in the middle of nowhere, pretty far from downtown or other residential areas. (Though to be frank, I suspect you would have a lot of difficulty finding temporary lodging closer to the "heart" of Pekin.) Completely average, a very standard Holiday Inn experience.

This is a really nice hotel, a little high on price but the breakfast kind of makes up for it.
Very nice staff! Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Free WiFi and breakfast which was very good. Has a pool and a 24 hour fitness room. Very close to many restaurants.
