Nurses were not friendly at all. P.A. Cory Sharp was great!
Dr.Conklin and his staff exhibit honest concerns when patients come through. I personally have been dealing with bronchitis a lot lately. All staff memebers are thorough and always make it happen in a timely manner. Great place to go if you cant get into your primary care physician the day you are needing to be seen.
If i could give this 0 stars i would because that what they did for me absolutely nothing. I went in because I have been puking in the mornings. I knew i wasnt pregnant as i had taken an at home test that was negative (which the nurse said should of been correct considering they only use one dollar ones like the one i bought). Well long boring story short i was there for 30 minutes, barely was sure what was going on when it was time for me to leave. The nurse came in made me sign a paper (which why would i refuse). Then gave me my doctor. I repeatedly asked whats going on and what was wrong with me? Well she proceeded to say the pregnancy test they had me take was negative that they didnt know what was wrong with me. To just go to my family doctor. If i was able to go to my family doctor i wouldnt of went there. Plus i had already knew i wasnt pregnant. If they would have said when i showed up all they would do was takr another pregnancy test i would of just went to the store and bought one myself. Trust me i will not be going back. Also i wouldnt advise anyone else to go there either. They couldnt help me so why could they help you.
Rude staff, can't remember his name, but one "doctor" in particular was the rudest, most ill-informed "doctor" I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Misdiagnosed tonsil stones as THROAT CANCER. Stay far, far away from here. Saying this place is a joke is an understatement.
My Mom was here to visit my family from Florida. She was here to visit and she was struggling fighting off a cold and she twisted her shoulder. My Mom is a diabetic, and is on arthritis meds also. The nurse acted as if my Mom was there to get free pain meds. My Mom simply wanted them to make sure her shoulder was ok, and see if we could get an antibiotic or something to help fight off her cold. The way she was treated was ridiculous. She is in her mid-seventies, a Grandmother and a Sunday School teacher. It's not like she is hooked on pain meds or something. The doctor was nice and very helpful but the nurse was incredibly rude. She acted as if we were bothering her. The doctor saw my Mom and then the nurse came back in to give her the script for the antibiotic. The nurse said, "Do you have a pharmacy where you get all your other drugs?" Honestly if someone in my family were in an emergency situation, we would drive out of the way to NOT go to this urgent care center again.
