My brother usually loves the haircuts he gets here. But for some reason when he told the lady to cut 1 inch off the top... She cut 1 inch but then Kept cutting his hair shorter. He is now too upset to go to school or even show his face. Very disappointed.
They don't know how to cut hair properly here and think that chopping hair randomly with the scissors is the way to go.
