We have purchased two hot tubs from San Juan over ten years or so. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have always responded promptly to questions. Although we use our spa every day, I have never had a service call, so I can't speak to service responsiveness. But the spas themselves are of high quality.

Very knowledgeable staff! San Juan has, multiple times, been able to solve my problem, when I couldn't (or other pool stores for that matter). They are very friendly and have great customer service.
Got the BEST spa from San Juan Pools! They teach you how to take care of it and their spas are totally top quality. The customer service is over the top and I would recommend them to anyone. I will never shop anywhere else for outdoor entertainment items because the quality and service are second to none.
