I attended my best friend's service a few years ago. It was scheduled to end at 3pm. As I was leaving a gentleman that was employed with Preston and Hanley was with 2 other employees standing near the door and I could over hear him saying" wish they would hurry up its 3pm already". It was completely disrespectful and I had to control myself from pulling that gentleman out the door and having a manly word with him. Unprofessional. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Whenever we have been to a funeral or visitation here they have always had professional, courteous and friendly staff greeting and helping guest to make sure everything runs smoothly with dignity and propriety. My husband and I have made pre-arrangements with Preston-Hanley and they were very helpful and respectful of our wishes and considerations.
