They don't give much for games that they sell for double what they pay for them, staff is friendly
Service has gone down extremely since the GameStop has gone under new management. I have been buying games for 7 years at this GameStop and they had the best staff until the new manager fired every single one of the employees and replaced them with inexperienced and non friendly employees. Something needs to change or I will not be shopping here again.

This review went from a 2 star to a 5 star. The head of this GameStop called us after a bad experience with an assistant manager and made things right. We went back in and were treated with respect and very kindly. We will definitely return.
