Was court order to do drug theropy and ended up doing so at this place. As any addict I felt like I didnt need the more intense 4 day a week 3 hours a day stuff followed by the once a week 2 hours or so a day but did successfully finish the treatment. Billing was more than helpful on the paying for the services which is a big deal on its own. Finished my treatment 6 years ago and still sober. The entire staff is a credit to that acheivement. Thanks for doing great work and keep it up!
I was told I'm ignorant by the doctor at this facility today for no reason at all. I can tell he didn't like me as soon as I walked in he asked why I drive all the way from Springfield and why don't I find help in my city. He pushed for an argument to get rid of me as a patient... Or at least it looked that way. So rude and not helpful at all. This has created more problems for me now being I have to start all over now. My therapist didn't even call me back to explain what and why he was such a jerk. I have given him an opportunity to apologize and clearly he chose not to. Yet....I'm the ignorant one. Lol non profit help my ass!
BEWARE this place is a joke they will dick around with you and say your dirty and will treat you like a grain of dirt and on Top of that they will put random fees on your account
I have nothing good that I can say about this place. The doctor I saw there really didn't do anything to help me. I was continually overcharged for my visits (to the point that my next two were already paid for). They also forgot to send in the correct number of refills on my medications and I had to call them more than once to get it corrected. And recently they decided to drop me as a patient without notice or a real reason as to why. If you are able to go anywhere else, I would strongly urge you to do so. They were completely negligent in their treatment and the customer service is nonexistent. These people do not seem to care about their patients at all. It's nice to know that I wasted my time and hard earned money on these people. Best part is that my discharge letter was dated 3 weeks before the day it arrived. Thanks for the advance notice! I have about 2 months to find a new doctor before I run out of medication. Tazwood sucks and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
