I recommend Big R Pekin as a good place to take your dog. When we pull into the lot the dog gets excited and enjoys going there.
At first We thought that was not worth it, but we go about once a month now. They have a nice private room with a power lift tub and power lift drying table. They provide you with clean towels, an apron to stay dry, dog snacks, and a friendly greeting.

The giant blow drier with speed control works great. They have a nice semiautomatic soap dispenser that injects soap into the rinse hose. You just twist a knob to choose between several soap choices, conditioner, de-skunk soap, and rince. You have full control of the water temperature and force. The products are good dog soaps that don't dry out their coat. The supply nail clippers for you to use, and there is usually a nice assortment of bonuses like ear washes and anti-itch treatments that other dog lovers leave behind as a courtesy. So when we leave the dog is clean and dry, and we have no mess to clean up in the bathroom, or a wet dog running through the house shaking and rubbing against the furniture.
Used dog bath room. Love the hydralic tub and groom table!! The dryer is awesome...however..room needs a good cleaning. Someone before me left hair everywhere!! I swept up and cleaned after myself, but it needs a deep cleaning!!!
It is nice that the dog doesn't have to go outside in the cold weather while they are wet.
Small engine department is the best in the area. Honest very fair price.
Employs are all so nice and offer to help you! Always really enjoy shopping there! Disappointed they didn't have fresh popcorn today. Always enjoy the smell and having a bag. Please have it back soon!
The help and manager were great help full corporate office people SUCK. Hope I see one stuck in snow I'll drive on.no help like I got at pekin store from them.
