Paid $11.00 for deluxe car wash on 12/22/16... Equipment broke down as I was entering wash bay... My vehicle never even got wet... No attendant to assist me... I called the number that is posted for customer service... Number is no longer in service... I am out $11.00 for nothing...
I pulled forward into the car wash it starting to spray my car when it got to the back end of my car it stopped and just kept spraying and spraying and spraying at the back and the guy behind me said that it said it was broke down I never did get the soap washed off my car from that machine and I didn't get any call back to refund me my money
2 times I've gone in the automatic car wash and it spayed soap on and stopped working. no one is ever in the office, phone number sounded like it goes to a fax machine, I left a note with my phone number and no one ever got back to me. it's a shame my daughter loved that rainbow wash but I will be taking my money elsewhere.
Equipment not in the best shape but it works and the bays are always clean and open
Car wash does not work but it takes your money. Cannot contact anyone for a refund. This stinks.
