It was very bad. Sence i got there almost when it was time for then to close for the day..and that was a saterday.
We have always had great service here. The people are pleasant and the service is great. When we need a car we always use the Pekin location.
Great experience. We haven't rented a car for years and we were pleasantly surprised with the staff at the local Enterprise establishment. They were knowledgeable and friendly and made our rental a hassle-free experience. Our vehicle was ready and we had a trouble free trip.

The car I rented smelled terrible, like a dirty gym shoe or locker room. I took the car back and let them know and their solution was to just spray the car with deodorizer which did not help at all. I ended up taking a bottle of febreeze on my trip with me and had to spray the car a ton of times. The car not only smelled bad but had quite a bit of trash left in it from previous renters.
