I'd give it no stars if I was able. My mother worked for Alexander's Bookkeeping for over 16 years when it was owned by the original owner Barb Mann. However, when the new owner Claude took over after Barb's passing things changed and not for the good. He is unprofessional, treated my mother poorly, and doesn't know his butt from a hole in the ground for lack of a better way to say it. I've witnessed his unprofessionalism first hand via him yelling and threatening my mother. It seems no one that works there knows what customer service is and how to do anything. It's sad to say that what was once a good business is now a horrible place. Please, it is wise to just go somewhere for all your tax needs.
Extremely helpful and super friendly! Claude was assisting me, and he was very knowledgeable and really pleasant. I enjoyed the service there, and I definitely recommend making an appointment with them! I will be returning next year, without a doubt.
NEVER AGAIN! New staff hasn't a clue! Have had to have taxes corrected numerous times....seemed to never have the paperwork I gave them or info we need. RIDICULOUS! I'M DONE!!! As a business owner I'd expect more of a drive to correct it immediately the 1st time....it's taxes for Petes sake!
Not very good. My ss# has been wrong for last 3yrs ask for corrections nobody seems to know anything. It always the other office. Not here right now. For a week people! Really. Correction means to change not copy uncorrected info and say it's corrected.
